I grew up cooking in the kitchens of inns, country clubs, catering events, and with local and interntional friends and chosen family. My cooking capacity ranges from down-home classics, to recipes used from all corners of the world; my only limitations are exposure, access to ingredients, and the dietary needs of those I serve. My own diet has had to change over the years, as I've learned to treat my genetic disabilities, in part, with the food that I consume.
I have been a certified in-home Home Health Aid since 2023, and have cared for family, friends, elders, and infants my entire life. From changing linens and running errands, to keeping things organized so that folks with limited mobility can move around their homes with ease, I have a passion to assist those who need a little help with daily care and fuctioning tasks.
As an advocate, I’ve spent well over a decade empowering clients to navigate their healthcare journeys, offering guidance and support during medical appointments. My advocacy is deeply personal, rooted in my own experience as a neurodiverse, chronically ill individual. My lifelong journey of self-advocacy has fueled my passion for helping others advocate for their health and well-being with confidence.
Through all aspects of my work-whether CST, bodywork, reproductive coaching, or advocacy—I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where clients can explore their healing, find balance, and feel fully supported. My mission is to honor each person’s unique path to health and empowerment.
